Hello Scale Model Freaks!
Two years ago, I was given a huge box of old model car kits that were forgotten in the attic. I was pumped! I searched the box and was drooling over all the first issue model car kits! I remember showing fellow model car builder Robert Daws(Spike) the treasure and he helped me identify each model car and year it was made. I have "refurbish" 3 model car kits a when I spent hours matching each part to its rightful owner.
I have decided to bring another dead model car kit back to life. This special model car kit is the Jo-han's Fast Eddie Schartman's Maverick. This is the second version released in 1972.
I will carefully take apart the model kit and wash it in Purple Power. I think I will build it back to the box stock version. Who knows we'll see. I will have a YouTube video introducing this treasure with a slide show to follow. I'm looking forward to this build!
